The ABA team is pleased to announce the successful placement of a Director, HRBP with our client, a global professional services firm.

With a career spanning over 11 years in financial services, our incumbent is results-driven, has exceptional analytical skills and a strong process-orientation. The successful candidate has acted as a strategic partner to senior business leaders on all people related matters, including promotion, compensation, employee relations, performance management and diversity. She has also overseen and facilitated transitions to new payroll systems and to a shared services model. She holds an MA in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a BA in Psychology.
